Welcome to ROCKYS Karate. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our karate training programs, including online classes, offline dojo sessions, and hybrid training.

1. Use of Services

ROCKYS Karate provides professional karate training services designed for fitness, discipline, and self-defence.

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are enrolling for personal learning and development

  • You will follow all training instructions and guidelines

  • You are medically fit to participate or have consulted a professional before joining

2. Program Enrollment & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed

  • Fees are non-transferable between individuals

  • ROCKYS Karate reserves the right to update pricing at any time

Access to online or offline programs will only be granted after successful payment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All payments made are generally non-refundable

  • Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of ROCKYS Karate

  • Missed sessions (online or offline) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling unless specified

4. Online Training Guidelines

For our online karate classes:

  • Students must attend sessions on time and maintain discipline

  • Recording, sharing, or distributing any training content is strictly prohibited

  • Access credentials are personal and must not be shared

Violation of these rules may result in suspension of access without refund.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Karate is a physical activity that involves movement, coordination, and exertion.

By participating in our programs:

  • You accept all risks associated with physical training

  • ROCKYS Karate and its instructors are not liable for any injuries during training

  • You agree to train responsibly and within your personal limits

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including videos, training modules, and content, are the property of ROCKYS Karate.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Use content for commercial or teaching purposes without permission

7. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to:

  • Maintain discipline and respect toward instructors and fellow students

  • Follow dojo rules and training etiquette

  • Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Failure to follow the code of conduct may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

ROCKYS Karate shall not be held responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during training sessions

  • Technical issues affecting online classes

  • Temporary interruptions in services

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.

Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
